One-time purchases of digital products are subject to a 60 day review period unless otherwise stated on the website. This 60 day period begins on the date the product is ordered.

One-time purchase physical products are subject to a 60 day review period unless otherwise stated on the website. This 60 day period begins on the date the product is delivered.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If, for any reason during the review period, you do not wish to keep the product, you are required to contact support@dragonflylanguage.com.

Any return of a physical product MUST be received within the 60-day review period. All products received after the 60-day period are non-refundable.

Product Returns: Physical Products

If the product is returned in good condition without any damage or missing pieces, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees. ALL shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once the product has been processed for shipment. The cost of initial shipping and all return shipping is solely your responsibility. We do not accept COD.

Refunds may be refused if:
